Batteria di Mezzo Fort

The fort of Bateria di Mezzo was built just below the fort Sant'Alessandro in the period between 1898 and 1900, and it is located above the Brioni mountain that sits on the northern part of Lake Garda, and it consists of thick stones and a concrete roof, and it was equipped with four cannons with a solid carriage with ballast A balancer and a light weapon for close combat. Today, useful guided tours are held with it. It is also an important outpost for local residents and tourists.
