Batuan Temple

Located in the village of the same name and famous for being home to artists and painters, Batuan Temple is a beautiful 11th-century Hindu temple designed in Balinese architecture with massive gates, stone carvings and thatched shrines. The entrance gate of the temple appears as if it was shaped like a gate One, then divided into two parts, and this gate leads to a beautiful garden and a large group of statues. Local artists display their work in a hall opposite the temple, allowing visitors to purchase some traditional Balinese artwork, batik and other handicrafts.
