Bay Island Driftwood Museum

This museum is located half an hour from the city of Kottayam, and it is the most famous museum in the region. The museum includes wooden carvings by several local artists, which are distinguished works that were carved from the roots of fossilized trees on Andaman Island, which are roots that were extracted from the ocean floor. The works have been placed in the Guinness Book of Records, as it is the largest collection of its kind in the world.
