BELvue Museum

For those interested in the national history of Belgium, this museum is the place to be. Next to the Royal Palace, the museum is housed in the 18th-century Bellevue Hotel. The hotel serves as a resting point for wealthy and VIP travelers. In 1977 the hotel was converted into a museum. Spread over three floors and twelve rooms, the museum's exhibition covers key periods in Belgium's history from 1830 to 2005, with a particular focus on the Belgian Revolution.
