Benares Madrid

Indian chef Atul Kochar was awarded a Michelin star (a global restaurant rating) for his restaurant Benares in London in 2007. His restaurant in Madrid follows the London formula, combining high-quality local ingredients with traditional Indian cooking techniques. But Kochar is also inspired by his cuisine. Spanish ingredients, and incorporates many local favourites, such as calamari and octopus dishes on the menu. This restaurant also enjoys luxurious decoration, and a wonderful view of the Ganges River. The menu includes tandoor dishes of all kinds, biryani, murgh tikka masala, scallops, octopus in bhuna, and many more.
