Description of the place
The Berber Museum, located in the state of Gabes and near the old rural village of Matmata, is managed by a group of local women. It also consists of a unique space dedicated to displaying holdings that tell a lot about the life of the Berber people and their way of life. It includes carpets, tapestries, old wooden keys, clothes and fashion. Ornate pottery, various pottery, agricultural tools, and more.
