The Bergamo Botanical Garden "Lorenzo Rota" was established in 1972 AD and was named after the physician and botanist Lorenzo Rota. Its area is approximately 1360 square meters, and the garden contains more than 900 species of plants distributed in 23 groups, including plants from the Alps.
