Besakih Temple is a huge temple complex dating back to ancient times, comprising no less than 86 temples on the southwestern slopes of Mount Agung, hosting more than seventy ceremonies and festivals annually, and enjoying a stunning elevated position that provides wonderful views of the countryside with rice fields, hills, mountains and streams. You can also enjoy the sight of many tall towers.
