Bodbe's St. Nino's Convent

The Bodbe Saint Nino Monastery is located among tall trees of cypress and cedar, a few kilometers from the heart of the city. The monastery dates back to the nineteenth century, when it was a complex for Orthodox monks. One of the monks, Nino, was buried in the monastery, and later it was named after him. The monastery has a beautiful architectural character, with many stone panels engraved on the external and internal walls, and individuals can visit the monastery and contemplate its beautiful details, or perform prayers.
