Bohaterów Monte Cassino

The Monte Cassino Heroes Street is the most important street in the city of Sopot, and it was named by this name in memory of the Battle of Monte Cassino Hill in central Italy, which took place in May 1944 AD with the decisive participation of the Polish II Corps. The street extends for a length of about 635 meters, and on both sides there are many shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, travel agencies and other service establishments, a theatre, cinemas and an annex. The street and the surrounding buildings reflect the history of the country's nobility.
