Botanical Garden

The Gaziantep Botanical Garden was established in 2009, and it began operating as the first botanical garden in the city. The garden covers an area of 17,000 square meters, and contains more than 30,000 plants of 750 species. It also includes different sections, such as the rock garden, the open seed garden, the Ottoman garden, the color and perfume garden, the medicinal and endemic plant garden, the Zen garden, the rose garden, the Japanese garden, and the aquatic plant garden.
