Bremerhaven Lighthouse, also known as "Loeschen Lighthouse", is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in Bremerhaven. It is the oldest lighthouse in the city located in the port of New Bremerhaven along the German North Sea shore. The lighthouse was built of red bricks in the Gothic architectural style in 1855 according to a plan by the German architect Simon Loschen. The lighthouse offers an unparalleled view of the sea and the ships moored in the port.
