Description of the place
While the city center is picturesque and full of green areas, we must not forget Bruges' city walls. Almost entirely surrounded by green areas, it offers a variety of interesting sites worth visiting. You can for example see the four remaining windmills as well as the many medieval city gates. This modern promenade spans the entrance to a small marina and is one of many bridges that are often open to boats.
