It is not the usual football game, especially since the history of the traditions of this match dates back to the sixteenth century, as the semi-final match takes place during the first weekend of June (6) in a sand-filled square in front of the Church of Santa Croce, and the players from the four teams wear uniforms Medieval style, they can punch, kick and slash their way to the target in any way they can, an activity that is universally recognized. The final match will be held on the feast day of the patron saint of Florence, "Saint John the Baptist", corresponding to the 24th of June, as the show begins at four o'clock and the match begins at five o'clock. It's really cool and fun to watch.
