Capitularies Museum of Saint Lorenzo

The Heraldic Museum of Sant Lorenzo includes centuries-old religious paintings displayed in the Abbey of the Basilica of San Lorenzo.It is a very interesting tour of Perugia where you can learn about the history of the city and the ancient Etruscan, Roman and medieval architecture. You can also see part of the archaeological excavations called Perugia underground, where it is possible to see the different layers of the city starting from the first Etruscan settlement in 300 BC until the Middle Ages.
