Casa Anatta Museum

The Museo Casa Anata is home to the permanent exhibition Monte Verita, and includes a wealth of material relating to the history of the region, which has been inhabited by various tribes. The museum building itself is a work of art of significant historical value, which thanks to extensive restoration work (carried out between 2009 and 2017, the year the museum reopened) its full size can now be appreciated. Today, the museum displays the remains of natural formations of huge and perennial trees and some types of metamorphic rocks dating back to the Middle Ages.
