Description of the place
Casa Solanes is a contemporary art-style mansion in the city of Zaragoza, also known as Casa de los Azulijos. It was built between 1918 and 1921 based on a design by architect Miguel Ángel Navarro Pérez. It was used by the army during the civil war. It was abandoned and declared ruined in 1995, and after several years it was restored and used as the headquarters of the United Nations office until 2015.
