Castello Brown

Castello Brown is one of the most important sites in Botofino. It was built in the fifteenth century as a castle to protect the coast, and then throughout history it was converted into a beautiful villa, while retaining the original design of the building with some small modifications. Today, tourists and locals go to the villa, which is a unique museum. It reflects the history of Portofino, through its exhibitions, paintings and luxurious furniture.
