The Archangel Cathedral is a Russian Orthodox church that dates back to the early 15th century. It is described as the second most important church in the Kremlin. It was a major burial place for Russian kings until the end of the 17th century. Today, there are a total of 54 tombs for members of the Russian Tsar’s family. Like Ivan Kalita and Ivan IV Grozny, it also contains many decorations and works of art that are worth a visit.
