Sant di San Lorenzo is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Lugano founded in the Middle Ages, but rebuilt in the late 15th century, and the façade completed in 1517. It was previously the seat of the diocese of Lugano. It is distinguished by its wonderful design, as you will find statues, ornate walls, marble columns, wonderful paintings, arches, and many more. It is a wonderful living example of Roman architecture in Europe, and visitors from all countries of the world flock to this church.
