The Sinani Center for Culture and Arts consists of two courtyards and four buildings. It contains a large garden that includes pomegranate trees, apricots, berries, plums, figs, apples and pine nuts. It is located in the Sinani Palace. It was donated to Gaziantep University and was officially opened on September 30, 2011. The center includes indoor areas. It is equipped with all kinds of equipment and is suitable for various cultural and artistic performances and events. It also includes various facilities such as conference halls, seminars, courses, celebrations, theatres, concerts, stories, ballet, dance, folklore auctions, art exhibitions, and others.
