Centro de Visitantes e Interpretación de Mancha Blanca
The Mancha Blanca Visitor and Interpretation Center in Lanzarote presents a scientific reflection of one of the largest volcanic eruptions on Earth that took place between 1730 and 1736 in Timanfaya, where nearly a third of the island was affected by volcanic activity. Among a lot of lava and rugged lands, it includes huge internal rooms equipped to display panels with important information explaining the volcanic phenomenon and its mutual relationship in various aspects such as geology and oceanography.
