The Cesmeli House is a large house that dates back to the Ottoman period and includes a huge fountain on its outer façade. Ismail Effendi Qahwaji Oglu, who works in the trade of silk and fabrics, built a fountain for charity, and then the house was built around it to house his family. The building of the house was completed in 1906. , which is one of the typical buildings with unique architecture that includes a social façade, a shed, a balcony and a stone fountain, and in 2011, the Alimoğlu Center for Culture and Arts opened the house as a museum that displays historical, cultural and artistic works and hosts cultural events.
