Built in the 1930s as a holiday home by the British during the colonial era in Singapore, the Chek Gawa Visitor Center is located facing the sea near the Chek Gawa Wetlands in the charming East of Obin Island and has its own private pier, and has a distinctive Tudor style architecture that England in the sixteenth century. Its visitors can see numerous information panels and exhibits on its ground floor depicting the history and rich biodiversity of Chik-Jawa.
