Description of the place
The Clock Tower is an amazing landmark located in the heart of Kollam and near the railway station. The sharp-angled tower was built in 1944 by the indigenous people of Trek in honor of the mayor of Kollam in the years 1932-1948. The tower contains four hours facing the four directions of the city. The tower has now become a square and one of the busiest intersections in the state.
