City Church of St. Michael

St. Michael's City Church is located in Jena, and the church has been the focus of life in the city for more than 750 years. It is a Gothic church consisting of three aisles and a circular nave, in addition to an octagonal tower with a height of about 75 meters. The discoveries indicate that there is a building dating back to the seventh century inside The church, as for the current church, was built in 1380 AD, and many repairs have been made in it since that time, and it is considered one of the important landmarks in the city as a result of its ancient history.
