Cours Cambronne
Square Cambronne is surrounded by a group of houses built between the First and Second Empire by Mathurin Crucy. It is named after General Pierre Cambronne, whose short but glorious fight at the Battle of Waterloo made him a national hero. On one of the fountains on the four ramparts in Nantes is the work of the famous sculptor Charles-Auguste Lebourg.
