Daymaniyat Islands Nature Reserve
The Daymaniyat Islands were declared a natural reserve in 1996. It is an archipelago that includes nine islands off the coast of the state of Seeb. The boundaries of the reserve also include rocks and shallow waters that extend at a distance of (16-18 km) from the coast extending from Seeb to Barka. The area of the reserve is 203 km2, and these islands are characterized by their picturesque nature and beautiful terrain that qualify them to become a museum of nature.
