Dorre The Baker

Door the Baker is a beautiful statue of an old baker passing through the Rue d'Eststraat in one of the main shopping areas of Leuven which bears the memory of all the bakers who once existed in this area. This statue has a lot of detail and is a completely unique piece. The sculpture was purchased from artist Roland Raines as a tribute to the hard workers in the bakery profession. The statue is very popular in the city and is worth stopping by for a quick look and a photo with it.
