Ecomuseum of Guinea

Located in the Valley del Golfo at the foot of the Tapatagi Cliff on the island of El Hierro, the Ecological Museum of Guinea offers guided tours showing where and how the indigenous people lived and how homes and household goods evolved from the times of the conquest until the 20th century, with each house revealing different aspects of the traditional architecture of the country. The island where stone and compressed straw are the main building materials.
