Ecovia do Vez

All hiking enthusiasts will find Sistelo in the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez a true paradise. This small mountain village is famous for its vast terraces which have given it the nickname "Portuguese Tibet", and maintains some of the most beautiful walks in Portugal, among them the wonderful Ecovia do Viz trail that crosses the Sistelo Bridge For pedestrians, which constitutes one of the most emblematic walking routes in northern Portugal, this path offers the opportunity to walk a distance of 32 km that can be covered either on foot or by bike.
