Edmonds Clock Tower

The design for this clock tower on Madras Avenue was originally inspired by the old Diamond Jubilee Clock Tower, two of the city's iconic tourist attractions. Designed by New Zealand sculptor William Trehewe and architect Francis Willis, the Edmonds Tower is made of volcanic rock and limestone and is free-form with a touch of Gothic style. It is a wonderful tower and really worth a visit. Visit it with your family and friends and take many wonderful souvenir photos of you next to it.
