Description of the place
St. Walberg's Church is one of the oldest churches in Belgium, built in the 11th century. The church houses many works of art of high quality, as well as the thethica (Eucharist monument) of blue stone, the holy water font from the 16th century, many statues dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as many ancient tombs. This church is an important historical destination in the city of Durbuy.
