It is a historic tall building in Antwerp, built between 1929 and 1932 and its original height of 87.5 m (287 ft), it is still the second tallest building in the city (after the Gothic Cathedral of Our Lady), at the time of construction it was the second tallest building in Europe where it is considered the first A European skyscraper, the building is designed in the Art Deco style, the building remained the tallest in Belgium until 1960, and is currently ranked 21st in the country, in 1954 the tower was extended with an antenna, the total height of which reached 112.5 meters.
