Ernakulam Shiva Temple

Located in the heart of Ernakulam near Kochi, this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is visited by locals and tourists alike for pilgrimage and spirituality that brings peace and relaxation. The temple was built of bricks and wood, and is decorated from the inside with traditional Indian roses that are sewn, a wonderful gilded altar, and many statues of the Lord Shiva. In the temple there is also an area dedicated to sacred elephants.
