Opened in the birthplace of the famous French chef Auguste Escoffier in 1966, the Escoffier Museum of Culinary Arts, unique in France, offers a complete panorama of the world of French cooking, in which you can discover the charm of an authentic country house built in the Provencal style of the eighteenth century. The exhibitions are organized in ten rooms of 300 square metres, and include old fireplaces, a Provencal vegetable garden, a collection of menus, sugar and chocolate sculptures, an office, a library and an interactive space for children.
