Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality City Museum of Memory

Eskişehir City Memorial Museum was opened in 2012 in the same building as the Museum of Glass Art. It aims to keep a record of the urban development of Eskişehir. In cooperation with all local, national and international individuals, institutions and organizations, the museum strives to produce projects and conduct oral history studies. And displaying works of art that preserve the memory of the city, in addition to providing the library with a written and visual archive to form the memory of the city. The oral history archive is one of the most striking exhibitions in the museum, as it includes 98 narrations on 9 different topics under the headings “History, Cultural Heritage, Ethnic Culture, Education, Art, and Sports.” economics and genetic heritage.
