Eversten Holz

It is the largest local recreation area in Oldenburg with an area of about 18 acres, established in the middle of the residential area in the mid-19th century. It is a popular destination for city walks suitable for all ages. The park consists of wide green spaces covered with perennial oak trees, which are estimated to be more than 300 years old. It also includes many paths suitable for walking and cycling, and a children's playground. The garden also decorates a stone fountain and small water ponds.
