Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Shahi Cannon Statue

The statue of Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror and the Royal Cannon is one of the many statues of the Sultan the Conqueror scattered throughout Turkey, where he played an important role in the history of the Ottoman Empire and his biography is still of interest to researchers. The statue depicts Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror riding his horse and in front of him a number of war cannons surrounded by colorful flowers that add an aesthetic touch to the monument.
