Federico García Lorca Park

The park was opened in the city of Granada in 1986 to honor the poet Federico García Lorca at the place where he was killed with his three executed companions. : "To the memory of Federico García Lorca and all the victims of the civil war", and every year on August 19, the anniversary of Lorca's assassination is commemorated with an outdoor ceremony and many dignitaries participate in the event.
