The Fleisch Stone Bridge was built in the late Renaissance, specifically in the period between 1596-1598, as it crosses the Pegnitz River that permeates the center of the old city. This bridge has a width of 15.3 meters and a length of 27 meters, making it the largest stone bridge Single-arched in Germany at the time of its construction, in addition to providing stunning views for pedestrians.
