St. Andrew's Fountain is a stone water fountain that was built in the main square in Amalfi in 1760 AD in front of St. Andrew's Cathedral. It is an architectural masterpiece designed in the Baroque architectural style. It includes a statue of St. Andrew, along with a group of sculptures of children with angelic wings. The fountain is also distinguished by its pure, drinkable water, and it is considered one of the most vital places in the city, as it is surrounded by a large group of restaurants and cafes, in addition to open markets, souvenir shops, gifts and handicrafts.
