Gamcheon Culture Village

Gamcheon Cultural Village consists of houses built in the form of staircases on the slopes of a coastal mountain. This village has earned the nickname "Machu Picchu Busan". The many alleys that run through it are dynamically decorated with murals and statues created by the residents. The village is the epitome of beauty and chaos merged into one place. It was formerly a poor neighborhood with a mixture of light-colored houses that resemble Lego pieces, and it was provided with colorful graphics in 2009 to attract visitors to it.
