Ghala Spring Water

Ain Ghala, also known as Ain Hammam, is a hot spring in the southern part of the city of Muscat. It provides a refreshing resting place away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. It is an ideal destination for families and friends. This hot spring is located in a huge structure that separates the Triassic dolomites (rocks sedimentary) from ophiolites (volcanic rocks), and it appeared when the ocean floor pushed up off the coast of Oman over the Arabian continent to form the Oman Mountains.
