Giza Zoo
Giza Zoo is the largest zoo in Egypt and the first of its kind in Africa. It was established in 1891 AD and was dubbed (the crown jewel of zoos in Africa), and its area is estimated at 80 acres. It is visited by approximately 3 million visitors annually. There are now nearly 6,000 animals in the park, including crocodiles, turtles, snakes, seahorses, wild cows, elephants, lions, tigers, deer, bears, etc., in addition to a variety of rare stuffed birds and reptiles. It is also full of streams, caves, wooden bridges, lakes and vast green spaces.
