Gozo Museum of Archaeology

The Gozo Archeology Museum is a museum located in the town of Victoria on the island of Gozo. The museum was opened in 1960 as the first public museum on the island, and it was known as the Gozo Museum, and in 1986 the museum was reopened and its holdings were changed to become the Gozo Archeology Museum. The museum contains many exhibits covering the cultural history of the city from prehistoric times to the beginnings of modern times. The museum is located in a stunning house from the seventeenth century.
