Description of the place
In 1897, King Leopold II asked the city planner to create a modern park in the northern side of the city, so that residents could enjoy nature, get rest and relax, and get away from the noise and crowds in the city center. The new park that was part of the project was named after Mayor Amedé Visart de Bocarmé. Beautiful green lawns will give you a lot of rest and relaxation.
