The Ice Cave of Chamonix is a cave that has been drilled every year in the sea of ice since the mid-nineteenth century, and you can see the drilling equipment outside the cave, and the cave from the inside is divided into multiple rooms that contain benches carved out of ice. The place receives 350,000 visitors per year, which makes it one of the most visited sites in the region. And don't forget to bring a hat with you to avoid drops of water falling from the cave.
