Al-Ahsa National Museum is one of the most famous museums in the eastern region. It is located in Al-Ahsa Governorate, Hofuf. It was built on an area of 4000 square meters and was built in 1983 AD and opened in 1987 AD. It is considered a great attraction for tourists and citizens. The museum contains halls for museum shows, restoration laboratories, a laboratory, a TV show hall, surveying and drawing laboratories, photography laboratories, and a library. The museum exhibition hall consists of a prehistoric pavilion, in which pictures and texts are displayed about the beginning of man, the formation of the earth, the geological layers, and the pre-Islamic pavilion, and it contains maps of trade routes, whether land or sea, and the writing alphabet in the Arabian Peninsula before Islam. And the wing of the Islamic period and talks about the Islamic period and the Ottoman Caliphate and the Saudi state. The Kingdom Unification Pavilion talks about the unification of Saudi Arabia and presents the folklore and the life of the Bedouins and the rural community.
