Close to the River Avon and Salisbury Cathedral, the serene Harnham Meadows and Sanctuary covers 40 hectares of unique historic meadows and waterways dating back to the 17th century. As part of the Heritage Open Days, the country organizes guided tours to show and explain Historical process, economic interests and ways to conserve these water meadows.
